At Next Play., every order is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners. Please review our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Production Time

All orders require 2–5 business days for production before they are shipped. This is standard for print-on-demand products and ensures every item is made fresh just for you.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and handed off to the carrier, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Domestic (US): 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Domestic (US): 2–4 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by destination)

Total delivery time = Production Time + Shipping Time.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and the size of your order. Carrier selection is determined at the time of fulfillment.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Next Play. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Next Play. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
