At Next Play., we stand behind every product we sell. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Print-on-Demand Orders
Because all of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Ordered the wrong size or color
- Changed your mind after placing the order
- Buyer's remorse
We encourage you to review our sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send the correct item immediately at no charge.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Next Play. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
